Variable Resistance - Resistance Bands


Training with bands and chains is one of the latest, and perhaps one of the greatest, training methods.  Yet few people have ever trained with them, and even fewer know how to properly use them and incorporate them into their training.  This simple web page is designed to inform about the possible benefits of using variable (sometimes called accommodating) resistance, in particular resistance bands, in training.  I will also cover how to properly incorporate resistance bands into a training program.
