 BNS Squat Sling™ Set Up Directions  

1. The safety/spotter bars of the power rack should be set at a height that will allow the lifter to squat down to parallel.
2. Unsnap the two D-ring straps off of the spring snaps of the sling.
3. Lay the loop end of one of the D-ring straps over one of the horizontal safety/spotter bars.
4. Pass the D-ring end of the strap under the safety/spotter bar and up through the loop of the strap.
5. Pull the strap tight to cinch it in place. The D-ring should betowards the middle of your rack.
6. Attach your other strap the same way on the opposite safety/spotter bar.
7. Snap the Squat Sling back onto the straps (you should have to stretch it some).
